Welcome to Quality Gems. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. ABOUT US
   Quality Gems is a registered gemstone and spiritual products business based in Kolkata, India, operating since 2010. We sell natural gemstones, Rudraksha, crystal bracelets, and astrological stones through our physical store and online at www.quality-gems.com.

2. PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY

   1. All gemstones and crystals sold by Quality Gems are 100% natural and earth-mined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

   2. Lab certification is provided for applicable gemstones. Certification details are mentioned on individual product pages.

   3. Natural stones may show slight variations in color, texture, inclusions, and pattern. These are natural characteristics and not defects. Product images are representative — your item may vary slightly in appearance.

   4. Crystal weights (ratti/carats) are approximate and may vary slightly from the listed specification.

   5. Quality Gems does not sell synthetic, glass-filled, or artificially dyed stones without clearly stating so on the product page.
      

3. PRICING

   1. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

   2. Quality Gems reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

   3. In case of a pricing error on our website, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm or cancel.

4. ORDERS & PAYMENT

   1. Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp (+91 9748573050), or in person at our Kolkata store.

   2. We accept the following payment methods: 

      1. UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) 
      2. Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) 
      3. Net Banking 
      4. Cash on Delivery (selected pincodes) 
      5. Cash (in-store only)
   3. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation message via email or WhatsApp.
   4. Quality Gems reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

   1. We ship across India. International shipping is available — contact us on WhatsApp for rates.
   2. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
   3. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
   4. You will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email once your order is shipped.
   5. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Free shipping is offered on orders above a specified amount as mentioned on the website.
   6. Quality Gems is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
   7. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering. Quality Gems is not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address.

6. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

   1. We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

   2. To be eligible for a return: 

      1. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition 
      2. Original packaging and certificate (if provided) must be intact 
      3. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item

   4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
   5. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as per your preference.
   6. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

   7. The following items are NOT eligible for return: 

      1. Items that have been worn, used, or altered 
      2. Custom-sized or personalized items 
      3. Items damaged due to improper use or care by the customer

7. ASTROLOGICAL DISCLAIMER

   1. Gemstone recommendations for astrological purposes are based on traditional Vedic astrology practices. Quality Gems does not guarantee specific astrological results.
   2. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified astrologer before purchasing gemstones for astrological use.
   3. Astrological and healing properties described on our website are based on traditional beliefs and are not scientifically proven. They should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, or professional advice.
   4. Quality Gems is not responsible for any outcomes related to the use of gemstones or Rudraksha for astrological, healing, or spiritual purposes.

   1. All content on www.quality-gems.com including text, images, logos, videos, and product descriptions is the property of Quality Gems and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
   2. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written permission from Quality Gems.

   1. We collect your name, address, phone number, and email only for the purpose of processing your orders and providing customer support.
